$25 three course dinner October 2nd to October 15th



Chef Frank is back at it again with the latest edition of his $25 three-course fare! Visit the JBI Restaurant or the JBI Pub between October 2nd to October 15th and enjoy a three-course dinner for just $25. With three Appetizers, Entrées and desserts to choose from, there are 27 different combinations.

Appetizers

#1 Seafood Chowder: Creamy, filled with clams, salmon, halibut, shrimp, baby scallops, potatoes & vegetables.

#2 Greek Beef Skewers:  2 pc beef skewers charbroiled & served with Tzatziki & pita bread.

#3 Zucchini Sticks: 6 pieces served with Tzatziki.

Entrées

#1 Braised Short Ribs: Slow Braised Boneless Short Ribs served with mashed potatoes and root vegetables.

#2 Lamb Chops:  3 pieces Lamb Chops charbroiled with mint demi, mashed potatoes and root vegetables.

#3 Thai Mussels:  Mussels in shell simmered with a ginger red Thai curry coconut sauce. Served with julienne vegetables and rice.


Desserts

#1 Blackberry Mango pie with ice cream.

#2 Strawberry and Rhubarb crumble with ice cream.

#3 Chocolate Mousse with whipped cream.
